My father has a 40X60 site in bangalore and my father devided equal share for me and my brother 30x40 sqft for each now my brother wants to sale his property and I want to purchase property and my father still alive
Can I purchase the property throue gift deed or sale deed
Because my brother's wife is not good and my brother has a 2 kids they are minors
Please guide me
if your brother's wife is not okay with this side being even to you to you by your brother thru gift deed or by sale, it is not advisable for you buying it without her signature in the agreement and sale deed.

First he can execute gift deed in favour of me secondly regarding concern of claim by wife and minor in future you have to mention clearly about the facts in gift deed showing interest of minor and get consenting witness from wife, it’s totally depends on drafting the gift deed consult any draftsman/ advocate and get deed drafted
