my elder uncle dont want to give my share from grand fathers property.

Hi sir, my grand father has 4 sons.He died without distributing the property. Now my elder uncle want to abduct the entire share of my grand father's property without sharing my share with me. my father is the 2nd son, who died in 1990 and as I was minor that time, the property was under the capture of my uncles.Now when I am 25 yrs old and I am asking my share to them. They are refusing to give my share to me. My mother has not done any 2nd marriage. Please advise me that what can be done legally. My grand father has 2 wives, one died and one alive.

You have not said from your grand fathers two wife how many children he had..?
yes legally you can claim your share from the property left by ur grandfather
Mr Yadav 1st you shall obtain documents of all the property left by your grandfather ...
You can file partition suit and can claim your share.....

Since the property of your deceased grandfather is an inherited property so your elder uncle cannot deny your share.you are advised to file a family partition suit for your respective share before a proper forum/court. It is never late to file a family partition suit and to raise your claim.

You need not worry you are one of the co owner of the property but I want to be sure that whether there was any partition between you father and you uncle's if there's no partition earlier then you can claim partition of your share which initially was the share of your father
