My chahcha transferred property in my dadi name and then disowned her of the house. And he is talking pension of my dadi from last 10 years. And now he throher out of the house.

hello your dadi can move a petition before the district magistrate under senior citizens act and demand maintenance from your chacha and also file police complaint if your chacha is withdrawing her pension fraudently. your dadi can also move complaint in the women police station for domestic violence and get restraining order from the court so that your chacha can not throw her out of the house.
