MUTATION OF THE PROPERTY AFTER DEATH OF FATHER.

13-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
MY FATHER BOUGHT A PROPERTY IN 1973 THROUGH SALE DEED, BUT HE DID NOT GOT THE PROPERTY TRANSFERED IN HIS NAME(MUTATION) IN REVENUE RECORDS. NOW HE HAS EXPIRED, SO HOW DO WE GET THE MUTATION DONE IN OUR NAME i.e., LEGAL HEIRS. WE WANT OUR NAMES IN THE REVENUE RECORDS(MUTATION), IS THIS POSSIBLE?

if you have agriculture land and you want the mutation you have to file a plain in revenue court the court gives you a date for 45 days after the court registered your name in the khasra khatoni.
for it you have to appoint aadvocate because an advocate known about everything about the mutation

As you told that your father had bought some property by sale deed and due to some reason he could not get that property filed in his favor and he died before the filing was rejected now you want to get that property in your name For this, you will have to get the heir certificate made and put the restoration later, and after the debate on the restoration, orders will be filed in your favor, there will be no worries about it.
