28-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Father died intestate we the 9 children have equal shares in the ancestral property. During the lifetime of my parents 6 siblings got.their respective shares from my father but 3 brothers including myself have not received their shares of property which is still lying unattended. Received released deed in the form of DHANA NISCHAYA AADHARAM from 6 of my siblings and my two brothers having their normal shares only as their(TWO BROTHERS) relationship with other siblings are not congenial. Now these two brothers are not allowing me to demarcate my property. What should I do,please infom, Regards

If all the three brothers have the share in the undivided property you can send a lawyer notice to your brothers for the partition of the property. and if they keep silent you can approach the civil court for the partition.

The matter appears to be a bit complex. Everything depends upon the wording and the conditions in the family settlements already executed. If no amicable settlement is possible, a partition suit, necessarily, needs to be instituted.
