Multiple notice of motions at city civil court

14-Feb-2025 (In Property Law)
Can I file two notice of motions simultaneously, first under order 22 CPC for suit abatement and another under order 7 rule 11 for rejection of suit. Both different issues first for not bringing legal heirs on time and other for defect in prayers. So should I file two motions or one motion clubbing all the issues. I dont want to make sandwich thats why two motions I am thinking.

If the issues raised in both notices of motion are connected or interrelated, simultaneous filing might be permitted. If the two notices of motion seek distinct reliefs or raise unrelated issues, separate filings might be required. If the notices of motion involve different respondents or parties, separate filings are usually necessary.
