You can file a case for partition and injunction to stop your mother from gifting the property to your sister. You can definitely claim your share in the property after proving that your mother had no source of income to purchase the property.

Yes you can claim your share if you have material to show that the property was purchased from the funds of your father in the name of your mother as a trustee. We immediately need to get stay over the property so as to save your right in the property. For further clarification feel free to contact. Thanks

Hello, you can claim your share, but it’s not inherited property it’s self acquired property by your father in your mother’s name. so she can give to any one she wants. For self acquired properties the owner is entitled to sell or transfer property in anyone’s name. For further details kindly contact

Any property purchased in the name of a female will be consider to be her self acquired property then it doesn’t matter if your Farher has purchased it for her or not ! You need to hire expert advocate in order to plan things
