There are no specifications of the property mentioned by you.The property was self acquired or inherited etc.Its been how long that the sale has been executed. Therefore you have a optimum remedy of approaching a civil court and suit for cancellation of sale deed and possession can be filed in the competent court of law.

You can file a suit for cancellation of the documents transferring the property. You may also file a suit for partition claiming your rights/share in the property. However, the documents will have to be examined thoroughly to further advise.
