mother dies...house on her name..bt brother not ready to gv share...no will made..still if we file a case will that case will run for 25 yrs...n my que is that the deposit wat we hv to pay in court at the time of filing a case...does after every 3 yrs if case is still running again we hv to pay deposit....so if case run for 10 yrs every 3 yrs we hv to pay deposit of auch hugh amount
no you don't need to give court fees every year. it is deposited only once at the time of filing. and there is a slab for the court fees according to the value of the property . so don't worry about the court fees it is deposited only once .

The case will not run for 25 years as if ur brother is not giving and u are asking from the court than u can get a stay and once the stay is given ur brother will automatically be ready to give u share. And yes in starting u have to put judicial stamp paper.
