Mother died leaving behind property son want to claim it all

A woman had three children. (1 son,2 daughters) She had a bank account and the son was her nominee. The son doesnt have cordial relation with both his sisters. After the demise of the mother, son is pressurizing bank to release the amount of the said bank account by virtue of being the nominee. What legal recourse is available for both the daughters so that they can get their respective shares? Religion-hindu

As per the Indian law you have right to claim their shares through partition suit because you both are the legal heir and nay, your mother released any will nor gift to your brother, ergo your brother can not digest all amounts of your mother. They can file an objection to the bank not to release the amount to the nominee. Further, they should file a Succession case in the court claiming share and making brother and bank a party to the proceedings.
