Mother died interstate want to sell my share of the property

I HAVE PROPERTY IN BIHAR AND THE PROPERTY HAS REGISTERED ON MY MOTHER AND MY MOTHER HAS NO MORE I WANT TO SALE MY PROPERTY BUT THE ISSUE IS THAT WE ARE 3 BOTHER AND TWO SISTER CAN I SALE ONLY MY SHARE PLEASE GUIDE ME

Yes you can sell your own share. You are one of the legal heir of you mother and entitled to get one share in her property. You are free to sell your own share. There is no difficulty in it. However it is advisable to get it done by the consent of all.

No you can not. But that does not mean that you don not have share in your mother's property who died without leaving any will. To sell your share in the property, first you have to get property divided among it's all share holders.
