Mother bought property in minor sons name can she change it now

mother put child name on sale deed when the child was minor . now can it be reversed as the child is demanding his share,and the mother is senior citizen has to look after other child who is living with her.mother wants to sell the house but son has put stay order.

No it cant be reversed the sale deed in single name i.e. mother name, if son has obtained stay order then the Mother has to contest the said suit, if property brought by the mother's her own fund then mother has to represent to court about the same and also represent the name of son only added for the sake of purpose without intention to give any right to him.

A suit has to be filed in the court and mother can sell the property but will have to give her son his share in the property.she can pray to court for allowing her to sell the property and assuring the payment of son's share.

Mother cannot sell house.
Because Mother had purchased said property in the name of minor.
Then minor become sole owner attaining age of majority.
She only can claim maintenance under Senior citizens Act.
