Mobile phone tower installation agreement expired.

06-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
I installed a cellphone tower in my property in the year 2008. Which is expired in March 2021. As per agreement we can renew agreement but both party didn't renew. But since November 2017 to March 2021 the company have not paid the licence fees. In the mean time they came and removed their valuable machinery and battery but didn't removed the tower. But in agreement it's clearly mentioned that after the expiry they have to remove all the article. I send legal notice but they didn't reply. Can I file suit in a civil court or in consumer court?

yes for sure you can file a case against the company as they violated their terms and conditions as per the rules to be followed by both of the parties equally which they did not follow what is your jurisdiction...

Please read the the lease agreement that there is any clause for cancellation, firstly you have to send a legal notice to the company and then you have to file a case in a civil court or you can file a case in the state consumer court. you can contact with me through LAWRATO.
