Misbehave of police officer and police officer helps to accused

I am a SC cast certificate holder and also my father. Accused hurted my father like attempt to murder but our local police help to accused because they are richest person in our city. And police also misbehave with us, my father is a senior citizen. What I do????

If you have enough evidence regarding the allegations you are making and also evidence against the police, you can most certainly file an Application before the Magistrate Court and if you get the order in your favour, the police will be bound by law to take up your matter and file an FIR against the person.
