Upon receiving a meter tampering inspection report, you should immediately contact your electricity distribution company to resolve the issue. This process typically involves submitting a written objection if you dispute the findings, requesting a re-inspection, and potentially challenging any penalties you deem unjust. For personalized legal advice, please provide us with your complete documentation.

We should immediately file a representation and RTI before the concerned department for seeking the deployment of meter at your house and its validity and thereafter accordingly we can proceed ahead by filing a case before appropriate court of law
