Mental harrassment of my father and his sons over equal rights

My father purchased property with his resources and living with his siblings, and father n mother. But when my father got married siblings asked my dad to add their names on this property document having equal rights, though grandparents haven't contribute any penny for this property, and now my dad sister is living in that property over 10 years, we let her live coz shez widow, and she has 3 flats now she claims that currently living property is now belong to her as she is living for more than 10 years, please help my dad is senior citizen.
you can file a case in the senior citizen tribunal and can get a speedy remedy in the said issue and also you need to have all the papers related to the purchase of the said property to produce it before the court

if she living in flat with consent of father then shw can't claim because only shw is living more than 10 yrs. do you any proof like money transaction from your father bank acount or cheque was issued from his bank acount. you can file suit for possession. can you provide me details information and property related documents then i will proper advice you. can you call me.
