married women share in property. Please tell me how to proceed ?

I want to know what is the share of a married women (born 1976) in his father property who died before 2005
I would like to clear that the married daughter have equal right in the parental property after the amendment in hindu succession act 1956 section 6 which came into force since 09.09.2005 so if father died after 09.09.2005 a married daughter has right to claim her share in father's property but if father died before dated 09.09.2005 then daughter would have no share in the father's property, the reason behind the above is that when in the hindu undivided family father died before dated 09.09.2005 at that time the amendment in section 6 of hindu succession act was not in force and after dath of father the property of father automatically transfered in all the family members accept daughter and when amendment part came in force property already were transfered in others family members.
