I have perused your query and would advise you to issue a legal notice for eviction to the licensee failing which a suit for eviction be filed in the concerned court having competent jurisdiction. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.

You need to file a suit under Section 5 of Specific Relief Act to to get back possession of your property. if the rent is below INR 3500 then it will fall under Delhi Rent Control Act and an eviction suit will lie under this act

Hi, If the licensee is not vacating the property, you cannot file criminal complaint, You can only file suit for eviction, arrear of rent and damages along with interest in the concern court . Thanks Ramit Sehrawat Advocate
