Respected questioner,
As per the law of Indian every legal heirs have equal rights over such property. As you averted that property have been purchased by your father the means that is the self acquired property of your father and after sad demise it will be shared amongst legal heirs unless and in till you show that you have also monetary help over such property. Technically.,. your siblings alongwith your mother and yourself have inherited, your father's share in the property.. so u cannot be considered the owner of the entire plot.... however, if you can prove that teh entire amount has been invested by you... things can be different.
