Hi,
This is
M.A RAHEEM KHAN Advocate, @ lawrato.com

As per the Hindu Law, all the sons & daughters have equal right in their father property , if your father refuse to give your share , then you have a option to file Partition suit against your father but if your father is absolute owner of the property then he is also have right to Sale, gift, Mortgage, rent/Lease , will his own acquired property , it suggest for you to consult the advocate in this matter .

Hi,
As you said that your father has earned the property self acquired then it is his wish either to give it to any body or not . You cannot claim any share in his property in his life time and you cannot file a case for share as it is his property.
