you can claim if the property is devolved upon her from ancestors through your father link and you are being coparcenor of the family and then you can prohibit her from selling the property by filing a suit for parititon

That property self acquired of your step mother. She can sell the property without your knowledge. If ancestral property, the sale is not valid. You can file partition suit for your share on that property.

SIR, IN UR QUESTION U DID NOT MENTION ABOUT THE OWNERSHIP DETAILS OF THE PROPERTY. IF REALLY THE PROPERTY IS ANCESTRAL PROPERTY ALL THE HEIRS WILL GOT RIGHT OVER THE PROPERTY. THE HEIRS MAY FILE A SUIT FOR PARTITION OF THE PROPERTIES.

Hi,
Firstly is the property named in her name if it is she who is the owner of the property then she alone can sell, if the property was in the name of your father and then you also entitled to get share. Send her a legal notice and file suit for partition. Call us through website for assistance

Hello, your step mother has her right in share according to legitimate Marriage, even though she may consult to the legal heirs of the property. if you are a paternal side legal heir you have right in that property as you are share part.
you can send legal notice to that thirty party/purchaser and your step mother for partition/share/cancellation of sale deed.
