But her brother in law received 80% amount from buyer without presence of my cousin and her husband and her brother in law was dead and its suicide and he wrote some letter related to amount in that he also written her name she pressured on me for property like that i dont know what are the exact words but police said its family matter and she asked her property like that. give me the solution as i know he written her name only to get property amount for her wife and children. What legal recourse do I have?

The legal recourse your cousin has depends upon several facts such as whether there was a proper division by way of a registered document, whether the payment - or receipts were by way of cheque/ account transfer or cash, etc.,

You have not narrated your question properly. If it is your cousin's husband's ancestral property then her husband will be having the right over the property which can't be denied by her brother-in-law by taking 80% and for the same they can sue. Brother in law means do you means your cousin's husband's brother r what ? Be clear just don't ask the question for the sake of asking.
