Legal partition of family property

We are 5 brothers 6 sisters all married except one brother and sister to be married . Muslim by faith. Father was a business man expired few years back.after his death business was run by three elders brothers ,we had a joint family living together.there was expansion of business . Presently we have one commercial hotel in the name of 5 brother , one house and few lands in father's name .one commercial property in mother's name. Now some property is held by some brothers who are living separate now . Now brothers are not in good terms , we want division of property so that each of us can have separate living but some brothers are not cooperating. Mother is alive . Want to know what is the legal option we can take to make the property division happen peacefuly .
