Legal notice to keeping cloth stand in common spaces

The space outside my main door is being used by my neighbor by keeping his cloth dryter stand, they also keeping there shoes below that. And behind the stand there is drinking water tap. Despite multiple request he refuses to move the stand inside his flat. The problem is this stand is causing hindrance to enter and exit our flat also to fill drinking water. And mesquite are there due to cloth. How to take legal action We have cooperative housing society

if you are suffered from your neighbours as you described ,and if hindrance of your neighbours in your right of enjoyment freely as per terms and conditions of your agreement ultimately you have right to protect the rights by legal means! Before this ,you have to make complaint of this with society and after that you have to discuss this personally with me alongwith all details!

First you should write to the neighbor and secretary and the committee. If they don't take any action then you should send a legal notice. For furth discussion kindly cobtact us. Thanks and Regards Bhuta and Associates

This is my response to you: 1. Give a formal complaint to the secretary in writing; 2. If he does not respond then send a legal notice; 3. If problems still persist then approach the police and file an NC complaint; 4. Consult a local lawyer if needed and take steps.
