it's since you are not an advocate and you are getting clients for matters relating to loan settlement check bounce why don't you refer these clients to an advocate. it would also be worth while to share your knowledge with advocates on how you are able to attract such clients

You may certainly collaborate with an advocate, but it must be done strictly within the framework of law and the Bar Council of India Rules. Since you are not an advocate, you cannot issue legal notices or represent yourself as providing legal services independently. If an advocate agrees to collaborate, the advocate must independently examine the facts, vet or draft the notice, apply his or her own professional judgment, and issue it under their name and signature. Merely affixing an advocate’s stamp or signature on a notice drafted by a non-lawyer without independent scrutiny would be professionally improper and may amount to misconduct. You may work as a legal consultant or coordinator and refer clients to an advocate. The advocate may charge professional fees for the legal work, and you may have a separate lawful commercial arrangement, provided it does not violate the Advocates Act, 1961 or the Bar Council of India Rules regarding professional ethics, solicitation, or fee-sharing.
