My mother owns a self accuired property. We were two brothers, my elder brother died leaving widowed wife and a daughter. Recently my mother gifted her property to me in my father's presence. Now can my sister in law claim the property??

It is necessary to know whether that Gift Deed has been registered or not and whether your sister in law is claiming that property verbally or through Notice. If you wish to take my Legal opinion through online payment then can contact.
