Legal heir of property in name of mother post hr demise

my house is name of my mom.i want to know after death of my mother who is the legally owner of the house?my father my brother and me ..we 3 are equally owner ?ya sirf mere father owner hoge
The husband as well as all the issues are class1 legal heirs of a woman so the property would be transferred to your father and the two sons in equal share after the death of your mother. However, it must be added that if you both are minor then your father may take guardianship under order 32 of CPC.
