Legal heir in case uncle died intestate

Mere uncle ke shaadi nhi hui thi.unla legal heir koi nhi tha. Unke death last year ho gya tha. Ab unki naam se jo property h usme kiska adhikar sbse pahle hoga. Mere papa aur mere ek aur uncle ke do bete h. Saath me mere 3 bua bhi h. Jinki shaadi 20 saal pahle ho chuki h.
Equally share to all male person if that is agriculture property.
He has three brother and one have no issue then property will be diveded in two brother equaly.
So u can file succession case in revenue court .

Is your father and uncle alive? In the case they are alive, they being on the Categgory 2 legal heir of class 2 heirs under Hindu succession act exclude you all. If not them then it will devolve upon the sons of deceased brother (beging class 2 category 4 legal heir). If your Buas have given no objection, it can devolve upon you.
