Legal advice for property purchase

19-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi Sir, I have finalized a property in Bangalore. The property is inherited from ancestors. I have the release deed where the property is divided from 1/10 to 1/11 and given to a Shivamma( current owner wife and husband( Nagaraj) is part of the 10 members who have a share). Later with this release deed, husband has filed a suit for the share of property. All the family members have come to a compromise and and partition deed is executed. During registration the property got registered in Nagaraj name. What are the legal complications in this property. Is the property genuine? Can I proceed with the purchase.

On the Basis of the details given by you looks like there is a diffrenece of opioinion among the family members and it requires detail study of property documents. Before proceeding further it is always better to get a legal opinion on property documents.
