Yes, you can raise the objection and file case in court of law to get stay on property. But you have to be quick to do so, in such cases delay cause week the case and you will be not able to get your right in property.

Hello,
The very first step which you should take is inquire whether probate petition is filed in the high court or not and if it is not file you should file your caveat in the court so you can object the transfer in high court only now if probate is already filed and it's been granted to your uncle then you can go to civil court and question the title of the property and you can file suit. Now the second way to look this problem is you can go to police station and you can tell all your problem to them and you can file an FIR on the points of misrepresentation, undue influence so this FIR actually works in two manner first it will help to move criminal matter and this will act as proof in civil court. So I suggest you to do both of them.
