Owner can not sell the property without vacating the same. Owner needs to serve a notice in advance for vacation of the leased property to the tenant/lessee. However the term of the notice is as per the clause of the lease agreement. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact.

Thanks

You can cancel as per the terms and condition of the lease deed, you have to go to the Court for the same as the other party generally do not agree to such cancellation.

You can try sending them a legal notice as well to the other party stating your reasons for the same.

Please check if there is any force majeure clause in your lease deed or not, that might come into your assistance during this pandemic. And I would strongly suggest you to take actions during the pandemic, under the garb of the clause.

Being the owner he's not required to take your consent to sell his property that person can't sell his property if he is the owner despite of the fact that the same has been leased to you there are several judgements I can show you I request you to share your question in detail so that I can give you proper reply thank you
