How much does a lawyer in Lucknow charges to get the succession certificate made ? How much time does it take to make the same ?

A succession certificate is issued by the court of Civil Judge having territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction and in order to obtain succession certificate a petition is filed before court concerned and thereafter after paying requisite court fee certificate is issued to the person.

it takes 10000 it takes 2 to 3 weeks for the same to get the succession certificate all the documents related will be filed in the court district court trial civil court needs to be used the court will administer the probate of a will

if you want a succession certificate then you have to pay the court fees which depend upon the amount if your amount exceeds above 5 lakh then you have to the 8.5 percent approx less than 5 lakh you have to pay about 30500 rs
