Land registry issue what to do

Our Grandfather has given 10 Lakh rupees to buy a land from our close relatives in 1998. Due to society and other reason, grandfather taken decision that we will get registry after 4-5 years as it is not the right time just because of some reason and agreed by relative also. After 5 years we have called to relative to do the registry, he started excuses and reason of time and availability. Than he started saying in society that i have not taken any money from us. What step now have to take to solve this issue. However few days back i have called and discussed this issue with relative and he agreed on phone that i have taken money. and i will do registry. All the telephonic conversions saved in phone where he is agreeing that i have taken money. Also he have agreed why he have sell the land to us what he did with that money.
