Land registration problem. Land buying before 28 year.

05-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
It has been 28 years since the land we lived on was purchased. It has been 19 years since I built the house. My grandfather bought the land only in writing without registering the bond with the person who bought it. The seller of the land is dead. Currently there is only the wife of the land seller.Currently the seller’s wife refuses to sign when we go to register our land. The electrical connection of the house and the house line are in my name. Can the land be legally registered in any other way because his wife refuses to sign?

May be she expects some money. In that case you need to convince the legal heirs of the deceased seller to registration. Otherwise you need to approach the court by filing a civil case. This way you can legally register your property.
