Land registration problem. Land buying before 28 year.
05-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
It has been 28 years since the land we lived on was purchased. It has been 19 years since I built the house. My grandfather bought the land only in writing without registering the bond with the person who bought it. The seller of the land is dead. Currently there is only the wife of the land seller.Currently the seller’s wife refuses to sign when we go to register our land. The electrical connection of the house and the house line are in my name. Can the land be legally registered in any other way because his wife refuses to sign?
Kishor V long case yes you have not registered the document when the original wanna was alive registered document so the unregistered document has no valid before the court of law even though you are in position sale deed is registered at a proper the right situation you can file case for declaration of title
