Land possession not given since three months.

I haven't got land possession from the real-estate developer since 3 months after registration of the land what shall I do .
And my wife also have 1 plot on her name and completed 50% payment but there is no development in the project and if the payment is stoped for consecutive 3 months they will deduct 30% what shall be done in this .
Response is highly appreciated.
