Firsty you have to challenge the mutation entry records and obtain a certified copy the deed through legal experts and filed a successions certificate granted by the competent court of law in your favor and than nobody has right to dispossessed from your property. It is also advised that please file a criminal complaint against the interestd person/benificiary who's name has been entred into mutations record of government

Did you father leave a will? If so, then the property will go to whoever it has been willed to. If he did not, then on his death you have an equal share in the property. If someone has wrongly added his name, then you should approach the court to cancel the addition of his name as owner of the property. Also file an objection with the registrar/tehsildar. Till this is not done if they complain against you, you are in trouble.

You have to share a few more details for suitable advice . It seems don't have any legal title to the land . The legal owner of the land will have to get you evicted from the land as per the legal procedure . As per the documents' you are occupying the land illegally as you have no proof of ownership
