Land dispute with my brother. How do I proceed legally ?

It is not clear into the facts which you have mentioned in your inquiry that how your brother has taken your share, my advise for you is that as early as possible you should send a legal notice through the lawyer for intimation to your brother that if he will not return your share you will file the suit for taking back your share, there after you will have to file the suit for taking back your share.
Your suit will depend upon the facts of what method your brother has taken your share.

The types of civil matter needs proper details and documents for sensible advise. However, you need top define other how your brother has taken your share (if any) either by possession or title? and also the nature of land such as residential/agricultural etc ?
