Land dealing between owner ,broker and land taker

Sir,we are three persons already paid money (17lakhs)for purchasing land.After verification of the land shows that it is disputed land.Nextly we want refund money from broker and land owner..but last one year the land broker couldn't pay to us .The advocate written an agreement paper for 8 lakhs only.The voucher of 9laks was given by the land broker.We have all bank tranctions regarding the total amount .but the remaining 9 lakhs that has no agreement.we have only vouchers.what should we do,?pl hide my name and contact number
since you paid a huge amount but no outcome of it was nil as you got to know that land was disputed one as you got only 8 lakhs and rest amount is still with the owner as you have bank transactions you can file a suit against the owner and the broker first send legal notice by the lawyer...
