KIADB Land Acquisition and compensation not awarded

My grandfather's (aged 75+ years) land has been acquired by KIADB for industries. The notice was given given on april 2017. Till date, we are not awarded any compensation and no proceedings have happened. The health state of him is deteriorating and he needs money for his heart and knee surgeries. I've been trying to consult with SLAO, atleast once in every quarter, but all the efforts are in vain.

I understand your questions so KIDB till not awarded componsation right you should filed a case at court LAc court at bangaluru and get the amount otherwise government is very late going in this type of awared and documentation verification is most important
