Kant Enclave, Fbd, plot purchased from sh. Dipank Sharma, Director

I purchased a plot in Kant Enclave, Faridabad in 2011 from Sh. Dipank Sharma, Director, R.Kant & Co.But on 11/09/2018 Hon. Supreme Court of India give its Judgement (I.A. No. 2310-2311etc in W.P.( C) No. 4677 of 1985) by declaring the Area as Forest and Kant Enclave as unauthorized. On 12/09/2018, I met in person with Sh. Dipank Sharma at their office, D-69, Okhla Industrial Area Ph-1, N.D.110020 for compliance of Hon. S.C. orders i.e. para no. 138 of the judgement " full refund of their ( Plot Buyers ) investment along with interest at 18% ". Sh. Dipank Sharma sought one week time to make arrangement to refund the invested amount but there was no response from Sh Dipank , I again Visited on 21/09/2018 for refund and I gave application to them for the the same, his representative received the application. since then no refund I want to fill Contempt Petition in Hon. S.C. against R.Kant & Co. for non compliance. Please advice me in this regard.
Hi sir u can file a case against them why was the plot was not been in your name what did the director say about it and all how many years or months before u had purchase the plot and all what did he say and all u have the right to go to court and file a case again them

hello client I have read ur query as per which you want to file contempt petition in supreme court of India.as the supreme court of India has passed ana order in an I A in which the over all construction in forest area is totally illegal.so the court have directed the full parent to be refunded by the builder but now builder is not willing to refund.

this is clear willful disobedience of the orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, you can invoke the contempt jurisdiction of the Hon'ble Court.
under which he shall be liable for penal action as well as he has to pay the full refund to you as per the orders.
