I have joint sale deed with my wife and I have apply for divorce case by mutual consent we are getting divorce in 15 lakh our settlement is made after divorce can he also claim on property if yes then before divorce how sale deed will get cancelled it is not registered sale deed it is notary attested

You have not come with clean hand. In mutual consent deed, you have mentioned of above said sale deed, if not, you both are entitled in this property.
