Issue to parking area right in my building

I require legal advice related to parking issue in my building .As we have purchased ground floor which is constructed on the 75% of parking area. Owners of 2nd and 1st floor are not allowing us to park our vehicle in the parking area stating that we don't have any right on the parking area and even our house construction is illegal, however we do have legal papers and parking area right mentioned in that. Please advise what to do

Share the relevant document which states that the parking area is in your domain. It should be read between the lines as there could be discrepancies in the ownership rights of you and the neighbour. This is a civil issue and police authorities would not take any note of it unless a criminal offence takes place. I am

You need to issue legal notice to those owners of other floors bcoz If it’s mentioned in the deed that you hv parking rights than they can’t stop u..subsequently we can file suit for injunction n damages from these owners … plz b in touch

If your title documents give right of parking zone then no other party could restrain you from doing so. Please record the video or voice of the neighbours troubling you or creating nuisance and then report the same to the police station for immediate relief. hello client as i can see your issue is seems to a fraud palyed upon you bybtge builder itself . as i can see your issue is not that which can not be solved but it can be solved . your issue will be solved but it can be only be solved with the help of the court and your issue be resolvwd.
