If a person who dies intestate that is without leaving a will, in such cases the assets would be distributed according to the law based on his/her religion. The legal heirs are entitled for the shares in the property where children also come. There need to be atleast two witness in a will. The witness can be anyone they should be major(18years or above) of sound mind and they should not have any personal interest in the will.

by what you are now asking about the will is not easy to explain to you. it is better at that you entrust the whole work of preparing a will to an experienced advocate instead of learning how to do it and then going ahead to do it.
