Is there any provision to get stay order on fathers property

I Am Married And My Brothers Are Major. We Don't Have property. Can we put stay on my fathers and grand fathers property. Can my father deny maintenance for my mother? Please advice. Since my father also a lawyer we are unable to do anything.

Hi madam sir. You can apply and get stay order for your grandfather property but your father self earn property mean no one ask share only inherited property you can claim so you meet advocate

If your mother is separated from your father she can ask for maintenance and just because your father is a lawyer this legal right can not be taken away from your mother. If the properties are not self acquired properties you can file a suit for partition.

You won't get any injection order against your father transacting his property. If your father is in exclusive possession of your grandfather's property, that also you won't get and remady. If it is ancestral property and you and brothers are coparcener then you can approch court with an injunction to restrain your father from preventing you from enjoyment or from alienating the property. Your mother is entitled to get maintenance from your father, if he is not providing, let your mother file 125 Cr.P.C petition for maintenance.
