In Bangalore.. is it compulsory that at the time of registration of power of attorney that the Agent and the principal should be present together at the Sub-registar office?
yes, its compulsory both the parties should present at the time of GPA Registration.Principal, agent and 2 witnesses are also required at the time of registration.know only Registered GPA are valid, for more info kindly call

sir, yes, both should be their or letter of dispense shall be submit in case of non appearance. Reason the GPA holder has to consent for the executant for act as authorised agent. so the presence of both of them is necessary or letter of consent with dispense letter.
