Is Panchayatha parikath valid today, My Grand farther wrote their land ownership to both of their sons equally and not written to their daughter but till today partition of land was not done, Can we have complete rights on property as per Grand Father's panchath parikath and he was passed away on 1999

Doughters also have equal rights on that property but what they are written in that panchayath parikath ..it's depand upon that parikath generally if thay are all no object that it's valid are ills can challenge that ...!

Yes there is a option to get the property whatever leftover by the ancestors in favour of the person who got share in the same and not included yet. The opportunity can be flexible with respect to the same is ..
