Is it safe to buy a house which comes under B Katha Non DC Converted

I'm planning to buy a house which comes under B Katha but it is not DC converted, RTC refers the land owner name even though one of the site (out of 110) was sold to many, A, A to B, B to C, and C is constructing a house which i'm planning to buy, will this safe to buy.

Before purchasing the property please go with property opinion .give the necessary documents to advocate so that any legal problem or claim or whatsoever is pending LL come to know it . Please get all the documents from the vendor

I hope it is unconverted land. As you told RTC still reflect the owner name. Better you consult a near by advocate along with all records or you can contact us also.
