Is it possible to transfer half agricultural land in wife's name ?

I have agriculture land, which is come from my father, I want to transfer half land to my wifes name. 30 acres of land I want to share with my wife name. That my wife to becomes "". I want to know is it possible and how it can be.

Sorry for being bit harsh, but Your wish do not define the law of land. It your wife is legally bound to get the said property, no body can suppress her rights.

Yes it possible .but where such agriculture land situate . go to registrar office with fresh document of agriculture land paid registration fee such agriculture land then become transfer in your wife name

Dear sir, you cannot transfer the ancestral property with 50% share to your wife, because share of each person is determined as per Hindu Law , beyond that share, you cannot transfer the property. for more details you can contact us
