Is it legal to open an office in the parking of a house

Hindu religion In our apartment one person has purchased shop of that apartment, whose gate is below our windows. There he has constructed shed of 8 feet. At the back side of building, there is drainage, again there he has constructed shed. He has opened office in parking area, whose entrance is inside the campus area of apartment. Is he legally right to do all such act
If the building is a purely residential building,no part of the same can not be used for commercial purposes.you must possess the registered property deed and also you have apartment owners society and Rules thereof.You can opt for legal action against the concerned person and the promoter.However,it is suggested that you may contact lawRato for further instructions.

As per the sanctioned plan if the area is mentioned for the parking of the vehicles, then such place cannot be use for the trade or business purpose.
If you have any problem then firstly you approach to the flat committee then write a letter to the concerned municipality, before taking any legal steps.
