Is gift deed of movable assets complete without registration // is a gift of movable assets considered a gift deed without registration
In this case, According to section 123 of The Transfer of Property Act, it is invalid if a gift of a property is not registered. All the required documents should be stamped and registered. kya gift deed should be compulsory registration because it comes under the compulsory registration procedure station that gift deed is not valid before law and you cannot get the property by the gift deed when it was not registered
